My subscription is not updated

All purchases are handled by Apple. Mostly, it just take seconds after purchase that your subscription information is added to our server against your account.

However, in certain case, depending on jurisdiction or payment type - your subscription information is not updated on our server. In this case, the app keep trying to add the information to server. But to make your account active as soon as possible, email us the following items to our mailbox

  • Purchase receipt sent by Apple to your email address. Please remove any personal information.

  • Email address or username that you have used to create account with the app

After receiving the email, we will manually add the subscription against your account.
