My subscription is not updated
All purchases are handled by Apple. Mostly, it just take seconds after purchase that your subscription information is added to our server against your account.
However, in certain case, depending on jurisdiction or payment type - your subscription information is not updated on our server. In this case, the app keep trying to add the information to server. But to make your account active as soon as possible, please fill out and submit this form:
After receiving the submitted form, we will manually add the subscription against your account.
